Enrollment Process

New Family Enrollment Inquiry Form

If you are a prospective family looking for more information on new student enrollment or wishing to transfer and have questions before starting the application process, then please fill out a New Student Inquiry Form. The Admissions Office will follow up with you as soon as possible. Please be sure to indicate the appropriate year that you are inquiring about at the bottom of the form. Thank you in your interest in HCA.

New Family Enrollment

If you are ready to start the application process for a new student(s), please go to our Enrollment Portal and follow the instructions listed under Create an Online Application. Please be sure to select the appropriate year, and once submitted, the Admissions Office will follow up with you as soon as possible.

If for any reason you are having trouble with any of the steps, then please contact HCA's School Office at 972-772-3003. 

Returning Student Re-Enrollment

NOTE: Returning Students Do Not Need to Submit an Application.

If you are a returning family, you have until January 31st of each year to notify us in writing your intention to withdraw for the next school year. Otherwise, your student(s) will be automatically enrolled each year per the continuous enrollment agreement you have previously submitted.
