Strong Foundations

Heritage Christian Academy is a college preparatory school that is blessed, not only to get to educate children but also have the opportunity to integrate biblical principals and lessons to everyday teaching. In Proverbs 22:6, the scripture says, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." Through partnering with parents and families, HCA wishes to do just that.

Starting in K3, the elementary curriculum is designed with the assumption that each child will be entering college, and the elementary, middle school, and high school staff work together to produce a cohesive educational plan. HCA’s goal is to help each elementary child develop a love for learning at an early age, which equips them with the knowledge and confidence to transition into each new level of education.

The elementary courses consist of a combination of ABEKA, Bob Jones, and other curriculum sources that are advanced in nature, but each promotes growth and lays a foundation that will help guide the students through their educational career. Ultimately as the students finish their time in the HCA elementary program, they are well-prepared and make a seamless transition to middle school. They are equipped academically, socially, and most importantly, spiritually.

“Heritage Christian Academy is a place which provides children a strong academic foundation and Christian education through the lens of a Christian worldview.  We believe it is vital to lay this strong foundation beginning with the youngest children on our campus.  Our goal is to equip and challenge our students through curriculum, academic competitions, chapel, off-campus field trips, and focus on serving others through missions.  Education is a calling and our teachers and staff are dedicated to growing and making a difference in the lives of students and the HCA community."
