Shellie Stephenson

I am so blessed to be a part of Heritage Christian Academy as a 6th-grade math and geography teacher. I will enter my 31st year of teaching in January, with the first 30 in public school teaching 2nd-5th grade. I am grateful to continue my passion for teaching in an environment filled with the love of God. This is truly a dream come true! It is my desire, in partnership with you, to foster a love for learning as well as for others in your children. 

I am married with two boys. We have a full house with our son, Cole, who lives with us, eight dogs, and one cat. We have lived in Rockwall for 23 years on about 4 acres close to Nevada. It's our little slice of heaven on earth. I enjoy anything in nature, especially if it involves a kayak and a hammock. As a previous owner, I love and miss riding horses. Music, dancing, and art make my heart happy!
