Lynn Westmoreland

Hi, my name is Lynn Westmoreland. My family and I have been at Heritage Christian Academy since 2003. For 20 years we have watched how God has continued to bless this school, and we are so happy to be a part of it.

My husband’s name is Robert, and we have two boys who graduated from Heritage in 2012 and 2015.  We also have twin boys who are currently in the 9th grade at HCA.

I am entering my 14th year teaching at Heritage. I have taught 3rd, 5th, and 6th grade. I am currently teaching 6th grade English. One of the things I love about being a part of the HCA family is that as a teacher, I am able to watch the students grow, not just academically, but also spiritually from K3-12th grade. 

I have taught 6th grade ELAR and Bible for the last 10 years, and I absolutely love it! It’s truly amazing watching a student fall in love with reading or witnessing when a student feels a sense of accomplishment completing a writing assignment or being present when a student discovers the undeniable love of God. I love teaching and am truly blessed to be a part of Heritage Christian Academy.
