Junior Varsity

The junior varsity volleyball team has been an excellent arena for younger high school girls to compete and get better until they are called up to play varsity. The team is always very successful and receives excellent guidance from their coaches. Having the opportunity to play similar opposition and compete in practice alongside the varsity team helps the JV players hone their skills and prepare for future competition. There is little talent drop-off in high school volleyball due to the great JV program.

Middle School

The middle school volleyball team is the cornerstone of the HCA volleyball program. Focusing on fundamentals and technique during the middle school level is the foundation of any great program. Middle school is a time of development, where students learn the difference between recreational and competitive athletics. Students are instilled with the basics of sports, which include teamwork, hard work, and success in this fun yet competitive environment.
