Melinda Weston

Hi! I am Melinda Weston. I feel so blessed that the Lord has brought me to teach at Heritage Christian for a second year. My husband and I will celebrate 31 years of marriage this year. We have four grown children, seven grandchildren, a big dog, and a tank full of fish!  We love to travel, especially to visit family near and far. I love music, gardening, reading, sewing/quilting, and crafting as well. 

My love for teaching technology started when I had a one-computer classroom in the mid-90s to use as an instructional tool with the students. From then on I worked to use technology as a tool to teach, encourage, and challenge students in their learning. During the last nine years of my career, I taught teachers across the school district how to integrate technology into their lessons.

I am looking forward to the learning and growth that each of my students will have, and my prayer is that the Lord will give me the wisdom to teach them how to use technology for good and to make good choices in its use according to His standards.
